has spent 25 years in chemical manufacturing and operations, with a focus on the personal care, HI&I, and oil & gas industries.
DONNA SHOTWELL, CO-FOUNDER,
has more than 30 years of experience in chemical innovation and product development.
MIKE PUCKETT, DIRECTOR OF MANUFACTURING,
has worked in chemical manufacturing for nearly 40 years.
