Bio
Russell Brown is the Director of Business Development for Shotwell Hydrogenics. For nearly 25 years, Russell has honed his experience in chemical manufacturing and operations with a focus on safe manufacturing through alkylation, distillation and sulfonation, high quality chemical intermediates used in the Personal Care, Household, Industrial & Institutional, and Oil & Gas industries.
Russell graduated from Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and Chemistry, and is currently a member of the 2020 Concordia University Texas MBA cohort.
Russell served in the U.S. Army and Army Reserves, and was part of the 82nd Chemical Battalion and graduated from the U.S. Army Chemical School with honors.
When he’s not driving business opportunities for Shotwell Hydrogenics, Russell spends time fishing, golfing, and experiencing museums. Russell, his wife, and daughter are active in their local church and a number of charitable organizations.
